Working within a team of fire protection professionals, you will mainly be responsible for assisting the sales team with customer service and inspection, deficiency/service scheduling. You will also be responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure a timely response to meet deadlines and ensure branch profitability. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to :
- General office reception. Receive, filter and assign calls as it relates to sprinkler/fire alarm projects, service work or inspections;
- Coordinate the service and inspection projects and contracts;
- Provide administrative or technical support to technicians;
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate visits to customers;
- Set up service agreements on Mozaik;
- Prepare the schedule for technicians;
- Monitor and follow up with material receptions for their projects;
- Coordinate the repair schedule;
- Communicate with customer about the status of the projects;
- Review completion of the projects and profitability;
- Manage timesheets;
- Prepare monthly invoicing;
- May assist with deficiency quote follow-ups and part only sales processing.
