As a Mechanical Designer & Drafter, you will be an integral part of the project team, working closely with clients, engineers, and other designers to exceed client expectations.
With us, you'll get the opportunity to:
- Designing and preparing 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Preparing plant layouts, general arrangement drawings, simple diagrams, dimensional calculations, and fabrication drawings for platework and mechanical equipment.
- Producing preliminary plans for buildings, equipment, or sites from reference drawings or catalogues.
- Participating in developing innovative solutions and performing other technical duties to support project execution.
- Applying BBA or client standards when drafting layouts, sketches, schematics, or diagrams from detailed drawings.
- Helping more experienced colleagues with more complex tasks and preparing site surveys when required.

Requirements:
- College diploma in Mechanical Design or relevant work experience.
- Two or more years of mechanical design experience in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and NavisWorks.
- Asset: Knowledge of CADWorx and SmartPlant 3D.
- Asset: Bilingual (English and French).
