What You'll Do:

  • Deliver vehicles and assist customers with pick-ups at the Etobicoke office, ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Complete customer paperwork accurately and take detailed notes in our tracking system.
  • Drive a flatbed truck (no commercial license required) to deliver purchases to customers. Training provided.
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe transport. Perform basic inspections to keep the truck in good condition.
  • Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Assist team members with various tasks as needed.

All About You:

  • Valid Class G Driver's License with a clean record (last 3 years) and ability to provide a driver's abstract.
  • Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Passion for cars and basic automotive knowledge.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience with a focus on creating great experiences.
  • Strong communication and people skills - you'll often be the first person customers meet in person.
  • Comfortable driving long distances (e.g., Ottawa or Windsor for scheduled deliveries).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A valid OMVIC license.
  • Experience with automotive warranty products.
