General Maintenance - Georgian Downs

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Warehouse, this position is responsible for the receipt, documentation and distribution of merchandise while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment f or all team members. Ensures adherence to the Company�s policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian�s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members .

Key Accountabilities

• Receives product, compares to orders, enters into system
• Reports spillage, errors, short shipments, back orders, etc.
• Distributes product and documents in system
• Processes cre dits and returns, prints inventory reports
• Maintains basic equipment, reports inefficiencies
• Sets up and tears down special events
• May drive to other sites for deliveries
• May assist with head office and site moves
• C ommunicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
• Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
• Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Performs ot her duties as assigned or directed.

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of work experience; experience with pallet jacks and warehousing an asset
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
• Forklift Certificate an asset
• WHMIS
• Valid Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
• Can understand, speak and write English
• Basic computer skills
