Job Description
Must have food handlers certificate
Must have experience working in a long term care setting
Must be familiar with HACCP & WHMIS
Must know how to take temperatures and know the food safety zone
Must be available to work morning/afternoons and evenings
Cooks certificate of qualification preferred
Must be familiar with modified textures and therapeutic diets
