Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch assistance to our valued residents. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be actively involved in promoting our products and services to current and potential customers. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager.
