Our Head office based in Kingsville, ON is currently seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist. In this role you will be the primary IT support for our Executive Leadership team, ensuring seamless technical operations and proactive issue prevention. This role demands exceptional communication skills, broad availability, and a commitment to delivering white-glove service to the pivotal individuals in our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for executives, offering immediate response and personalized service for any IT-related concerns.
  • Proactively understand and anticipate the IT needs of the executive team to prevent potential issues from impacting productivity.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants to align IT support with executive schedules, business priorities, and travel plans.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executives, tailoring IT support to their preferences and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the broader IT department to implement strategic IT initiatives that align with executive needs and overall business objectives.
  • Offer training and support on new technologies and systems to executives, enhancing their efficiency and ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Communicate effectively with IT and executive teams, translating technical language into business terms for clarity.
  • Manage and oversee the configuration and deployment of executive IT hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve executive-related incidents and service requests.
  • Provide after-hours support as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support role, with a preference for those who have supported executive levels.
  • Proficiency in a variety of IT systems, software, and hardware to provide comprehensive support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues swiftly.
  • Capability to document processes and procedures clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive staff.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A solid commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
