Line Operator

We are currently hiring for a Industrial Line Operator to join our Industrial team at 600 Clarke Road, London. This position is on our Night C Shift (Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:20am, work week starts at 11:00pm on Sunday).

Position Overview:

Working in our manufacturing environment, you will:

  • Supply and operate production lines
  • Assist in change overs and complete required checklists
  • Participate in our Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives
  • Trouble shoot equipment issues and escalate when needed
  • Make suggestions for line improvements
  • Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing
  • Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify work in process and packaging material problem
  • Possess strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift
  • SAP knowledge would be considered an asset
