Description

Equipment Set-up

• Perform set-ups / equipment changeovers for packaging and process equipment including (but not limited to): cartoners, over wraps, labelers, case packers, fillers, and ink-jet coders
• Unplanned downtime - Report any information that may impede the operation of the plant as soon as it becomes known, including unplanned/emergency breakdowns
• Planned downtime - Optimize planned downtime, by proactively maintaining and conducting routine maintenance to ensure maximum plant availability
• Monitor condition of equipment and make maximum use of planned downtime
• Monitor machine up-time, reduce machine downtime, and optimize cycle time
