As a Senior Territory Manager - Fire Distribution here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and guiding the sales efforts in your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales, guidance, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success and market guidance.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of our Honeywell office travelling to customer sites in Canada.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively guiding and managing your designated territory, driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to develop strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a guide in the industry and contribute to the company's overall success and market guidance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, understanding their needs and providing facilitation
  • Work with channel partners to develop joint sales programs and initiatives
  • Drive demand generation activities to increase sales through channel partners
  • Provide sales facilitation and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts
  • Conduct market research and thoughtfulness to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Manage sales budgets and measure the effectiveness of channel sales initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align channel sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market guidance

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post Secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent
  • Ability to travel upto 70%
