Your Role
You in this role will serve as a benchmark in Lean Six Sigma knowledge and in the efficient execution of projects. This position requires championing and instilling a culture of continuous improvement across all sites and at the national level. You will also be accountable for fostering a culture of ongoing improvement throughout the company's national locations by demonstrating and diligently applying Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies across all sites.
Your Responsibilities
Conducting audits and certifications of contract logistic sites to ensure compliance with Excellence V2 specifications, in accordance with the audit schedule as mandated by the Global Production System function.
Growing Excellence Version 2, within the Black Belts designated region, by focusing and educating the site's on these 4 pillars, Lean Leadership, Value Stream Improvement, Operational
Management and Continuous Improvement culture:
Leading and facilitating in-depth Value Stream Analysis events to identify and address process inefficiencies, thereby equipping site leadership with a robust project pipeline for ongoing improvement initiatives.
Monitoring and leading Kaizen Events to drive efficiency and performance improvements:
Delivering training for Yellow Belts and providing support to the Master Black Belt during Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt training
Mentoring and coaching Yellow and Green Belts practitioners on site, not only to help them achieve certification, but also to foster skill development and career advancement.
Executing a minimum of two Black Belt projects each year, designed to significantly enhance operational productivity and efficiency, with the goal of achieving substantial cost savings.
Maintaining the integrity of the Continuous Improvement Tracker:
Collaborating with finance to validate project cost savings, in accordance with the country's cost savings governance guidelines.

Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical engineering, or a closely related field.
5+ years of experience in similar role from automation/semi-automation/production/warehouse environments.
7+ years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or a related field.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt complemented by its corresponding training.
Strong leadership abilities coupled with robust problem-solving and project management skills.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools, including value stream mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, and the ability to apply these tools effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint for effective data presentation.
Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
Strong capability in coaching and mentoring Yellow and Green Belts, ensuring the execution of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficient in the use of statistical software, specifically tools such as Minitab or JMP.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar project management certification is considered beneficial.
