You as a Corporate HSE Coordinator will support the team in several areas including, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and manage HSE information, tools, documents, and data using HSE Management system software such as EHS Insight.
  • Collate and assemble electronic information with regards to HSE statistics.
  • Collaborate with the HSE team to analyze, monitor, follow-up and support the implementation of HSE programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with subcontractor HSE prequalification process.
  • Prepare HSE alerts, toolbox talks, and other communications.

Is this role right for you?

  • Bachelors degree or diploma/certificate in Health & Safety
  • 1- 2 years of related experience in health & safety
  • Proficiency using computer software programs with a strong technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as experience with Outlook and SharePoint
  • Familiarity in EHS Insight or other HSE Management software is an asset
  • Interest in understanding and analyzing data to create metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement in Health & Safety.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Able to work in-office located in Mississauga, ON
