A Day in the Life:
Complete take-offs/estimate for assigned projects
Follow up on multi-scope or single-scope projects
Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings
Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets
Consult, communicate, and build rapport with internal departments
Prepare construction progress schedules
Coordinate the investigation and resolution of disputes, defects and back charges
Follow-up with on-site problems with operations team
Visit job sites
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
Negotiating contract price/award price with clients
Participate in initial handoff meetings, production meetings and project autopsies

What You Bring:
Experience in the construction industry (roofing) is required
Good communication (verbal & written)
Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, excel, word, etc.)
Basic estimating/mathematical skills
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Other Requirements:
Must hold valid G Driver's License
