Summary:
In collaboration with Maintenance Supervisor, the Preventive Maintenance Planner will support maintenance department with regard to preventative maintenance work planning and preparation as well as with parts inventory management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Take responsibility for inventory management of parts and surplus equipment.
2. Initiate, prepare and expedite requisitions for parts, repairs, and service.
3. Monitor and update parts to inventory data in CMMS and periodically review inventory, categorize, add new parts to inventory.
4. Develop P.M. for new and existing assemblies, equipment, and system inspection frequencies as per manufacturer’s recommendations and historical performance data.
5. Prepare the preventive maintenance program schedules and maintain up to date the program’s data.
6. Provide information and prepare work schedules for shutdown, breakdowns, and regular maintenance work.
7. Uses CMMS system for information, records and reviewing of historical data.
8. Organize and maintains drawings, reference manuals, information, and planning files.
9. Be part of major upgrade projects
10. Prepare weekly schedule and facilitate weekly scheduling meeting.
11. Prepare daily schedule for maintenance supervisor.
12. Receive and process daily schedule and late work report from previous day.
13. Maintain integrity of PM program, i.e., checklists, trigger, frequency, compliance, and schedules.
14. Establish and maintain equipment parts catalog, equipment history, storeroom, min/max levels.
15. Compile weekly compliance reports.
16. In cooperation with Maintenance Supervisor, prepare and schedule all occurring mid- and long-term corrective maintenance work.
17. Check all incoming ordered goods.
18. Collaborate with the Supervisors about the status of equipment and unplanned downtime with regard to preventive maintenance.
19. Substitute for Maintenance Manager or Supervisor when needed.
20. Responsible for keeping all common resources, such as tools, workshop machines, etc., made available by Cerelia in the proper condition.
21. Provide clear and timely feedback on all activities using the CMMS system.
22. Create procedural Estimate manuals that explain how to do certain tasks.
23. costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment.
24. Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work assistance and support maintenance manager.
25. Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations.
26. Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management.
27. Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors.
28. Adhere to all policies, procedures and programs of the company (GMP, Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety etc) at all times.
29. Other related duties and assigned.
