The Park Person II position is a versatile role encompassing five distinct functions: General Maintenance, Playground Oversight, Horticulture, Sports Field Management, and Turf Operations. Each function requires specialized skills and expertise. Candidates have the opportunity to be hired individually for one of these roles. In this position, you'll contribute to the care and enhancement of our community's outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain safe, beautiful, and enjoyable.
Whether you're skilled in general maintenance, passionate about playground safety, have a green thumb for horticulture, or excel in sports field and/or turf management, you can play a vital role in maintaining and improving our parks.
Reporting to and under the supervision of Parks Person I - General Maintenance, the Parks Person II - General Maintenance assists in carrying out the following activities:
