Position Summary
Reporting to the Track Manager or designate, the Project Coordinator provides support and assistance to ensure the smooth execution of the assigned projects. Responsibilities are varied but include documentation and information management, record keeping, cost control, coordinating timely delivery of supplies and material, tracking project progress, maintaining project files, estimating projects, ensuring quality control and safety, trouble shooting and follow up. This is an entry level position intended to provide training and advancement fto more senior level positions in the company.
This position will include travel to various job sites across southern, northern and western Ontario for extended periods at a time. Accomodations will be provided.
