A Day in the Life:
Ensure Labour target rates are set and managed
Communicate with the project team on a daily basis
Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers
Identify potential conflicts and negotiate best solutions
Main point of contact for assigned scope of work
Take the lead on project kickoffs, hand offs and autopsy meetings with the project team
Work with Safety, Site Supervisor and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in place
Use our various internal operation programs (such as PIL & PFP)
Pre-plan the execution of projects and develop schedule with project team
Develop schedule of values
Develop, track and negotiate change orders
Responsible for time, cost and overall project performance

What You Bring:
Experience in the construction industry (roofing) is required
Good communication (verbal & written)
Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, excel, word, etc.)
Basic estimating/mathematical skills
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
