The successful candidate will lead projects from pre-planning conceptual design through to construction completion. You will be responsible for a range of duties to be performed either in-house and /or with the assistance of Consulting Teams. A key focus of the position is to bring forward creative ideas to lead, manage and implement a variety of capital projects within the Parks, Forestry, and Environment Division. Projects range from park facility life-cycle redevelopments to design and development of the City's new iconic waterfront and downtown parks.
Under the direction of a Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
