1.Manage the Compliance Inbox; promptly analyze, process and respond to queries or feedback submitted from associates across our facilities.
2.Manage regulatory contacts for facilities in Canada using internal reporting and monitoring system across operational subject matter areas and report on trends and insights monthly. Escalate critical issues where required.
3.Support facilities throughout Canada with the required resources and experts to assist with timely closure of orders/ deficiencies and identified issues to mitigate any potential risks.
4.Maintain the health and safety team program inventory and ensure policies and standards are scheduled for annual review.
5.Communicate and collaborate directly with regulatory inspectors, operations, legal, human resources and compliance where required to resolve open orders or align on recommendations for continuous improvement. As a national team, bilingual English/French skills is beneficial.
6.Support Health and Safety Team engagement and recognition programs to drive a culture of ethics and compliance while ensuring excellence in safety.
