A Day In The Life:
- Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure materials are in house and production priorities are met
- Update and maintain the Ontario Shop Schedule and upload to the company Portal daily
- Request production schedules from other branches and update information in the internal tracking system
- Assist in ordering materials from external and internal vendors and suppliers and coordinate the production of materials
- Prepare purchase orders for materials needed and coordinate delivery date of materials ordered with the receiving department
- Ensure packing slips and receipts of purchase orders are uploaded into internal systems
- Review invoices for purchases and submit for approval
- Monitor stock of items and re-order as necessary
- Lead and assist with quarterly Inventory Counts
- Work closely with Stores Clerk to monitor Tool Repair Program
- Inventory Transfers for other branches
What You Bring:
· Previous experience in administration and inventory management is an asset
· Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
· Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office Suite)
· Ability to lift 50lbs
