A Day in the Life:
Schedule & manage crews on site
Monitor, approve and track labour hours
Assist in the hiring and separation of field employees
Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan
Ensure all site paperwork is up to date, including safety, field reports, etc.
Communicate daily with crews, management, subtrades, consultants and GC
Attend meetings as required including hand off, prestart and other onsite meetings
Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery
Ensure production goals are being achieved while following Flynn's QA/QC program
Coach & mentor crews
Responsible for productivity, expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the project

What You Bring:
Experience in the construction industry (roofing) is required
Good communication (verbal & written)
Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, excel, word, etc.)
Basic estimating/mathematical skills
Ability to deal with conflict and adapt in a dynamic environment
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
