Recruitment Coordinator (Contract FT ON site)

Healthy Planet is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and passionate Recruitment Coordinator to join our Corporate Family! The successful candidate will support the department and organization with the entire employee lifecycle management. This role will be full time on-site.

Job Duties:

● Assist with Talent Acquisition initiatives which include preparing job descriptions, posting jobs, pre-screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts and other related activities

● Assist with employee onboarding formalities

● Effectively support the entire employee lifecycle management and administrative duties

● Prepare and submit timely & accurate reports based on business requirements

● Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

● Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related field

● Attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks.

● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, establish rapport with employees, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

● Strong time management and organizational skills

● Proficiency with MS-Office

● Strong decision making and problem solving skills

● Must be punctual and reliable

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
