Summary

The acquisition marketing team is looking for an experienced strategic marketer to lead wireline acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to drive strategic insights to craft the wireline acquisition marketing strategy and work closely with multiple stakeholders to put it into execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic insights by conducting data analysis to understand results, uncover opportunities and develop recommendations to grow market share and manage competitive responses
  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities (i.e. new programs, campaigns, segments, targeting opportunities, data sources etc.) or improve existing strategies to maximize activations
  • Lead weekly wireline results calls, guiding the team through regional and competitive footprint performance, identify key drivers and opportunities for the execution team to explore
  • Manage and influence multiple stakeholders to secure resources and alignment to support the wireline acquisition marketing strategy
  • Conduct deep dive analyses investigating complex and critical business opportunities and propose concrete actions to improve wireline results
  • Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment from executives and key stakeholders

Critical Qualifications

  • 2+ years marketing experience, telecommunications experience and/or university degree an asset
  • Expertise in verbal and/or written French an asset
  • Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced market
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, particularly pivot tables
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
