As a Senior Process Automation Analyst on the Residential Lending Services Business Process Automation (BPA) team you will work with business stakeholders at all organizational levels to develop and deliver innovative automation solutions. As a member of a growing team of process improvement professionals, you will play an integral role in forming the future direction of FCT's core business.

HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Work with business stakeholders at all organizational levels to develop innovative process improvement solutions, guide complex projects and work with technical groups to implement selected processes using automation software - IBM BPM/ODM, OCR, RPA
  • You'll facilitate workshops and interview customers, users and stakeholders on the process to understand the scope/need, applying process and analytical skills to develop solution proposals. You will critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • you will leverage 'current' and 'future' state models to document target processes clearly with an action plan to drive transition to future process.
  • You will use your extensive analytical abilities and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions. Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver or contribute to the following project artifacts as needed: Business Process, Assumptions, Constraints, Process Flows, User Stories, Business Rules, etc.
  • You will help define process metrics, KPIs, and SLAs that allow the business to measure and track process outcomes to ensure the process is effectively supporting business goals
  • Contribute to the definition, development, implementation and maintenance of the business process improvement project methodology to be employed.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Must have BPM or automation analysis experience
  • Must have experience creating swim lane diagrams using business process modeling notation (BPMN)
  • Possess strong communication skills - able to speak to large audiences and to leaders at all levels of the organization. Able to adapt vocabulary and style for each situation; able to represent complex ideas with effective documents and visuals and to adapt presentations to the expectations and background of the audience
  • Works well under pressure and keeps composure in stressful situations. Must have proven ability to build positive professional relationships
  • Self-motivated decision-maker who can inspire and motivate others with strong, pragmatic and real-world problems solving skills
  • Ability to efficiently gauge the audience in each situation and determine the appropriate line of questioning to gain the process knowledge from individual and groups
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills - able to work effectively with others on common tasks; build rapport, gain support, instill confidence, take actions which respect the needs and contributions of others; find common ground; negotiate win-win solutions; and share credit with others; all while achieving the objectives of both the team and stakeholders
  • Must have ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement framework Certification
  • Experience with iterative or Agile project management methodologies
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
