Position Overview:


The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships. The primary focus will be on client relationship management and order intake. You will work closely with our Production Manager and Regional Sales Manager while collaborating with internal and external team members to meet client care needs and service standards.


What you will be responsible for:


Quotes & Ordering Process

  • Issuing quotes to our clients with accurate pricing and comprehensive information about our products and services
  • Accurately and promptly input sales orders, invoicing, and all necessary paperwork into our computer system, ensuring a seamless transactions for our clients


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external client interactions, ensuring superior account management
  • Forge enduring relationships with clients at all levels; positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs
  • Initiate outgoing calls to generate new business by maintaining regular contact with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services, maximizing revenue from each client interaction


Customer Growth & Analysis

  • Focus on growing our business within the existing client base and leads by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for additional sales
  • Review existing client profiles to identify growth potential


What we need from you:

  • Must be proficient in English and French
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, with a high sense of urgency
  • Grace under pressure
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, generally 8 hours/day, between the hours of 6am - 4pm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a dedication to achieving and exceeding sales goals
