Your offer will include:
This position oversees and manages reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring of Minto's Data Ecosystem. It contributes to the development and execution of Minto's data strategy, collaborating with leadership to define data requirements for new business initiatives in BI, analytics, and data warehousing. The role involves understanding the data ecosystem, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring data availability, reliability, and quality.
The Data & Analytics Manager will lead a team of data analysts and developers, refining and automating reporting for effective decision-making. Responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of BI solutions, from gathering requirements to building visualizations. The ideal candidate has a background in data and business analysis, SQL queries, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. They will advance data governance practices, manage master data sets, and improve data quality.
