- Schedule work assignments to perform duties to minimize downtime of production equipment
- Manage and coordinate lab activities in support of product development
- Determine short-term and long-term lab needs to support new product development
- Setup and reconfigures test benches for project-specific needs
- Planning, active management, and maintenance of lab facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Manages automated test systems, RF component inventory, and yearly calibration schedules
- Participates in the definition and implementation of corporate ESD policies
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects
- Responsible for resource management
- Take the lead in the identification of roadblocks and plan workarounds in a proactive manner
- Lead lab's day-to-day operations (including but not limited to Lab Organization, Test schedule, Quality Standard compliance, ESD)
- Ensures lab processes are optimized, efficient and have a continuous improvement mindset
- Candidate must possess 5+ years related experience
- Associates' Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics preferred
- Previous experience with RF tests and measurements
- Previous experience with the following equipment/tools: RF spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, multimeters, power meters, RF amplifiers, power supplies, probe stations, and RF sources is required. An understanding of RF component characteristics, performance advantages, and trade-offs.
Operate independently with minimal supervision
- An understanding of basic RF measurement equipment; component/system-level troubleshooting and repair.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Strong critical thinker with a focus on process improvement

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $78,800 - $134,500 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
