We’re looking for full-time Warranty Troubleshooters @ Ottawa operations site, could it be you?
Your future role
As a Warranty Troubleshooter, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and be responsible for troubleshooting of Alstom products in order to ensure their availability during warranty period including investigation and repair.
While interacting daily with co-workers, external suppliers and management, all activities will be performed in accordance with strict Health & Safety procedures as prescribed by legislation and the ALSTOM Health & Safety policies.
The starting rate is $27.33/h and once probation period is completed up to $31.58/h.
You’ll specifically take care of
· Complying with and enforcing EHSS policies and rules
· Troubleshooting including investigation and repair during warranty period
· Reporting any deviation in the Defect Management data base
· Field Modifications implementation
· Fleet check activities
We’ll look to you for
· To provide technical leadership & recommendations on appropriate corrective actions
· Suggestions for product enhancements
· Feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance
· Support and supervision of external supplier representatives
