Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel is seeking a Full-time Steward! This is a contract position with a current end date of December 31, 2024.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, the Steward is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area and all dishes, pots and pans. The Steward is required to assist in the efficient operation and smooth operation of the kitchen and cafeteria.
