The role:

Contribute to the success of the Global Procurement Services (GPS) department by supporting the bank's Source to Contract's processes and procurement technology ecosystem, including tools like Coupa and Icertis. This role ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of source to contract applications. The Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting end users, supporting process improvements, and enhancing user adoption of procurement tools.


Is this role right for you? In this role you, will:

  • Perform data validation and analyze system controls to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk, Governance and Sourcing stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Help draft and maintain documentation, including user guides, Work Instructions (WIs), and process maps.
  • Collaborate with IT team for system maintenance, configuration changes, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in analyzing system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and preparing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Assist in coordinating system updates and enhancements by contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), impact assessments, and implementation planning.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into procurement performance and trends.
  • Participate in identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within procurement processes.
  • Provide input for the development and delivery of training materials to help increase system adoption and user competency.
  • Assist managing stakeholder trainings, communications, and BAU support to end users.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or supporting system enhancements, ideally in a procurement or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems such as Coupa, Icertis, or equivalent eProcurement/CLM solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to supporting team goals.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and third-party risk management principles.
  • Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is an asset.
