Our Investigative Services Department is seeking a Coordinator, Investigative Services to join their team!
Reporting to the Director, Investigative Services, you are responsible for developing, coordinating, maintaining, enforcing and administering the TTC's: Non-Employee Transportation Pass program for Councillors, Contractor Services, ACAT and CNIB and; Property Permit Program. As Coordinator Investigative Services, you are also responsible for coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organization and effectiveness, providing guidance and direction to departmental staff regarding administrative functions. To this end, you will perform departmental payroll administration, purchase orders, monitoring of budgeted expenses, monthly reports, inventory, etc. You are also responsible for providing various administrative services for the Director- Investigative Services, and other departmental managers and staff as assigned.
