The Manager - Property and Procurement, provides leadership and guidance to the property maintenance team and support to the finance team in relation to procurement of inventory, supplies and quotes on building repairs. This includes direct supervision of maintenance staff, review of proposed building projects and associated quotes, analysis of large-scale purchases to facilitate operations in line with the value of "good stewardship" and assignment and direction to outside contractors / service providers as it relates to property projects and maintenance.
In addition, this position is responsible to address Health & Safety concerns including monitoring and reviewing monthly Health & Safety inspections. Supporting management with property related concerns or projects. Working with DHQ / THQ property department as required for projects that require their involvement.
