Key Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and complete full cycle recruitment organization wide,
  • Identify and engage passive talent,
  • Research new/ trending recruitment and sourcing strategies/methods,
  • Maintain an internal resume database,
  • Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend,
  • Complete HR Analysis regarding performance, retention, and budget,
  • Create and organize filing and tracking for HR Department,
  • Maintain and actively seek opportunities to improve the current positive workplace culture,
  • Manage and conduct the employee on-boarding process,
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Benefits and payroll support, as needed,
  • Other administrative duties, as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years' work experience in recruiting required; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset,
  • Previous experience with engaging passive talent,
  • College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field,
  • Strong communication skills are required,
  • Strong relationship management skills are required,
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills,
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work,
  • Strong work ethic,
  • Self-starter.
