We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Infrastructure division and build innovative projects in the transit and transportation sectors, such as roads, highways/freeways, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports. About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior HSE Coordinator, the HSE Administrator is responsible for maintaining an indirect line to Operations, while supporting the HSE MS administrative controls filing, set-up, updating, and online reporting. The HSE Administrator is also responsible for entering statistical data for monthly reporting, with oversight, and is focused on Health and Safety, but can also provide some support for Environment and Quality.

As an HSE Administrator at Graham you will:

  • Provide support functions to HSE, including any and all support related to the coordination and maintenance of the HSE and Quality management systems.
  • Manage HSE document control, including filing and managing soft copies through SharePoint.
  • Manage the ordering, inventory, and distribution of HSE-related materials.
  • Work efficiently and effectively with employees and management in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Communicate applicable legislation to the various stakeholders within the project.
  • Provide ancillary HSE support functions as deemed necessary.
  • Prepare KPI and training reports, including charts and graphs.
  • Stay current on the latest changes to Graham's HSE MS.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years site based HSE Administration experience within General Contracting.
  • Certification in Health and Safety, or a safety designation is an asset.
  • Experience in safety or a related field.
  • Understanding of how HSE MS systems work.
  • Understanding of general constructability.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and online reporting software.
