What is the opportunity?
The Newcomer and Cultural Marketing team is looking for a seasoned marketing expert to support a key strategic priority: to drive the acquisition of Newcomer clients and help fulfill our North Star Vision: "To Be the #1 Bank of Choice for Newcomers." As Canada welcomes roughly 400,000 new Permanent Residents each year, along with hundreds of thousands of study and work permit holders, understanding their unique needs as they settle into life here is paramount to our success.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with a specialized team of marketers, agency partners, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative campaigns that strengthen RBC's position among Newcomer communities. You will assist with developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives aimed at improving brand perception, driving acquisition of new-to-bank Newcomer clients, and enhancing cross-sell and retention efforts. We are seeking a proven marketer who excels at developing innovative strategies and has the ability to dive into the details to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

What will you do?
Support the planning and execution of the RBC Newcomer acquisition and nurturing marketing strategy, working with the Senior Marketing Manager, stakeholders and support teams to successfully deliver on strategy, on time, and on budget to the standards of the high performing team.
