What will your typical day look like?

As the ElectrifiedGrid Product Marketer, you will be responsible for the ElectrifiedGrid brand, end-to-end marketing, and communications campaigns. You will have oversight for implementing tactics such as eminence development, digital marketing and online activities, conference strategy, and overall campaign delivery. In this fast-paced role, you will project manage marketing campaigns on time, on schedule, and on budget; all while delivering ROI.
Responsibilities:
• Design branding and positioning strategies for ElectrifiedGrid
• Develop a global marketing plan to build awareness and brand equity for ElectrifiedGrid and lead marketing execution efforts
• Create ElectrifiedGrid's conference strategy and coordinate our conference presence (e.g., goals of the conference, key client targets, collaborating with our GTM leaders to plan client meetings)
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand message for ElectrifiedGrid across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, web pages, and promotional material)
• Lead the development of ElectrifiedGrid's external website
• Plan ElectrifiedGrid's eminence strategy and lead eminence development
• Collaborate with ElectrifiedGrid's product, delivery, and commercialization teams to analyze consumer behavior, determine customer personas, and inform user design and product strategy
• Monitor competitive products (e.g., features, clients) and provide frequent updates to the commercialization and product teams
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Some travel may be required

About the team

ElectrifiedGrid is a SaaS electric infrastructure planning tool built by Deloitte and utility partners around the world that combines a digital twin of a power grid with geospatially-detailed technology adoption and load forecast modelling to assess the impacts of emerging electro-technology loads on electricity infrastructure.
ElectrifiedGrid has been successfully implemented by utilities globally and is actively helping utilities, governments, and regulators to understand geospatial demand changes, forecast new electro-technologies, conduct integrated system planning, and enhance rate case filings / investments.
The team is supported by Deloitte Nova, which specializes in productizing high-potential assets, and reports to Wonder, Deloitte Canada’s internal venture studio, as well as Deloitte’s Belgian member firm.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is/has:
• Minimum 5-8 years of marketing and growth strategy experience in a large, multi-national organization
• Demonstrated success developing local and global, integrated marketing campaigns and incorporating a range of digital and traditional activations
• A highly collaborative management style with strong interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and engage others while fostering relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to act as an innovator to drive change and implement new ways for working and thinking to improve current business practices/processes
• Demonstrated record of high-business impact, strong negotiation skills, and sound diplomatic skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• CRM software experience is an asset
• Utilities sector knowledge is an asset

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $173,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
