This role is based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre (181 Bay St) Mondays through Thursdays, and Fridays are work from home. You will be managing the design, planning, and implementation process of procurement programs across the Dentalcorp network of dental practices. Working with the Procurement team and other key departmental stakeholders, you will be accountable for scoping new projects, and road-mapping effective implementation strategies of our new supplier programs. You'll also support rolling out these programs, which means seeing projects through end-to-end. Process automation and using technology to drive efficiencies excites you, particularly leveraging PowerApps.

In this role, you will

  • Deliver and continuously refine the practice onboarding program to support our newly acquired practices in joining Procurement's supplier programs
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement's Category Managers in their efforts to consolidate suppliers and move practices' services to our national supplier programs on a category-by-category basis by collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data to inform category strategies
  • Lead the transition and change management process to roll out new supplier programs, build communication strategies, and deliver them as appropriate to cross-functional stakeholders impacted by the program rollout
  • Lead efforts to conduct post-mortem project reviews and program evaluations
  • Build and maintain project trackers and reports
  • Embed changes within company culture and practices through identifying and understanding cross-functional impact of program rollouts
  • Promote innovative or improved ways of working and implement these best practices and process improvements
  • Provide an excellent collaboration experience for our team and stakeholders resulting in strengthened cross-functional relationships
  • Support both our direct and indirect procurement teams

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of managing programs or complex projects
  • A proactive approach to working with a love of solving big business problems
  • Highly effective verbal and written communicator with an ability to influence
  • Skilled and comfortable with delivering presentations
  • The propensity for curiosity, finds joy in identifying process gaps and designing and implementing process efficiencies
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerApps, perhaps even excitable by both!
  • Experience in building out project roadmaps
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Change management experience is an asset
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and programs in parallel
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset
  • Experience using SharePoint is an asset
