Your opportunity

The Senior Manager is responsible for management of each engagement including planning/methodology, communications with clients and counsel, financial research, review and analysis of documents, conducting and leading meetings with clients, development of junior staff, and supporting marketing initiatives of the practice.

Your major responsibilities

  • Assist in engagement planning including identification of key issues, methodology and budgeting
  • Oversight of information requests and productions
  • Analyze financial information
  • Prepare financial analysis and models
  • Conduct industry and economic research
  • Communicate with clients and counsel
  • Prepare expert reports for business valuations, damage claims or forensic accounting investigations
  • Review and coaching of team members to ensure quality of work product

What we look for

  • CPA designation
  • CBV designation
  • Five years of progressive business valuation and litigation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client files
  • Ability to present information to clients counsel or other relevant parties and provide clarification or explanation as required
  • Track record of well-written reports and correspondence prepared for litigation purposes
  • Ability to provide practical solutions to complex problems
