Your responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Manager will include making strategic decisions related to churn and retention for high-risk cohorts of TELUS and Koodo customers in short, medium, and long-term horizons. These decisions will be informed by insight analysis, market context, and organizational direction. Additionally, you will be responsible for innovating the onboarding journey for new mobility customers across both TELUS and Koodo.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategies and working with a high-performing team that will drive profitable outcomes within the Koodo and TELUS bases, and have a seat at the table for executive-focused strategic discussions and decisions.

What you'll do as Senior Marketing Manager, Base Management

  • Own strategic roadmap for high-priority TELUS and Koodo consumer wireless cohorts, such as multi-sub, M&H, and Bring-it-back segments. Build out short, medium and long-term 4P strategies to drive positive churn and renewal outcomes, while minimizing cost and re-rate
  • Develop onboarding strategy for net new TELUS and Koodo consumer wireless customers to future insulate customers and drive upsell/cross-sell benefits
  • Act as wireless marketing liaison to adjacent product teams (e.g. Stream+, Koodo Internet, etc …) to assist with communication and net benefit optimization into the TELUS and Koodo bases
  • Create and present business cases, governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks for the churn and renewal strategies
  • Develop and present post-mortem analyses for the projects you work on and provide insights and recommendations for changes to improve ongoing performance
  • Communicate strategies and updates on a regular basis to Senior Leadership across the Consumer team
  • Work closely with the rest of the base management team and various pricing, strategy & planning, channel and CE stakeholders to develop strategies, including the establishment of core team governance
