What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Process Consultant for PH&N, you will be responsible for delivering the Process Optimization offering to Investment Counsellor teams. You will help teams implement client processes by customizing best practices and utilizing the available applications to create efficiencies.
What will you do?
Deliver the Process Optimization offering for PH&N within the Process Optimization framework.
Analyze IC team objectives, assess potential options, and present insightful recommendations
Engage in coaching for IC teams and provide check-ins to ensure recommendations are understood and accomplished with a high degree of success
Provide superior client experience and build positive relationships with IC teams and branches
Identify and build awareness of best practices through weekly conference calls, email updates, monthly coaching calls, and quarterly conferences
Develop skills through training courses, self-learning, and daily interaction with IC teams
Continuously improve and streamline processes, reports, content, programs, and templates within the Team Practices & Efficiency Consultants team
Collaborate with PH&N Content Committee, and internal training partners to define business processes
Conduct both virtual and in-person sessions
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Expert understanding of PH&N business and culture
Experience with PH&N applications
Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong commitment to client service excellence
High level of time management and organization skills
Ability to travel across Canada
Nice-to-have
Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management Essentials course
Previous coaching experience
Previous leadership experience
French language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
