DESCRIPTION
Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our customers (advertisers, agencies, partners). Our ad solutions leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. If you’re interested in joining a team working to build a unique, truly innovative advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place. Our International Expansion (IX) program is committed to transforming the depth, scale, and reach of our Ads offering worldwide. The environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams across multiple countries.
We are seeking a GTM Specialist focused on accelerating our growth internationally by expanding our supply offerings with a focus on premium video. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning both detailed upstream work with product teams to enable new supply offerings in IX countries and downstream GTM that enables our Amazon sales teams to effectively position these offerings to our customers. The selected candidate will work closely with global product teams to influence our supply roadmaps and act as the voice of IX locales. They will also work closely with local teams to analyze in-country adoption of new supply, prioritize local asks for additional integrations, and work through any headwinds we may face to driving adoption and escalate these to global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of programmatic video buying
with proven expertise in building and growing scalable programs.
