We are currently seeking a Billing Administrator to join our dynamic team and support our Building Services and Controls division in Vaughan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate billings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with customer account managers and project teams
  • Analyze and enter weekly work order data into Fieldpoint software for billing approval
  • Ensure accurate billing details in compliance with customer contracts
  • Process and send approved customer invoices
  • Manage administration of customer contract renewals
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries and billing discrepancies
  • Assist the Controller to evaluate internal controls and develop policies and procedures to improve efficiency and controls
  • Enter and process vendor invoices as part of the accounts payable process

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of billing experience within a large Canadian organization
  • Experience in building services, construction, or mechanical contractor industry, preferably HVAC
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to communicate with operational account managers effectively
