Overview:

Tilray Brands is seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to join our team for an 18-month contract. As an IT Project Manager for our Business Applications and ERP Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of ERP projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project goals are met within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading IT projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

*This is going to be a contract position for 18 months.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire ERP project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and closeout
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and vendors, to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including budget, timeline, and scope
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Experience managing ERP implementation projects in a manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • PMP certification required
