Planning Analyst

The position

We are looking for a Planning Analyst to work in close collaboration with Production Operations Supervisors, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Customers to accurately estimate work scopes for labour and TAT for check visits, and ensure AAR is equipped with the right tooling, materials and qualifications to successfully accomplish the planned visit on time.

Other key responsibilities include:

•Develop/contribute to RFP response to new Customers or new programs with existing Customers.

•Generate visit quotes for all Customer provided work packages.

•Maintain task card database integrity for labour hours, materials, tooling, and access information.

•Monitor all time and material task cards to ensure proper estimates are in place for future fixed pricing.

•Support the Planners in the pre-planning of projects to highlight new tasks and uncommon work.

•As required, communicate TAT and revenue plan to Operations Managers, Production Crew Chiefs, Stores and Purchasing by participating in the preparation of pre-induction meetings both internal and with the customers.

•As required, support the Planning Assistant in documentation assembly.

•Actively participate in AAR Windsor's Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting safety hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understands and promotes the company safety policy.

•Perform other duties as assigned.
