About the Job
As the General Manager for Liquid Resource Recovery, you will report directly to the Executive Vice President of the Environmental Division and sit on the Senior Management Team. You will provide leadership and direction on the strategic planning for the growth of all business units within Grease Trap Services. You will have ultimate responsibility for the commercial and operational aspects of Grease Trap Services. Maintaining a sharp focus on delivering operational results for growth and embodying a continuous improvement mindset. You will spear the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of sales and operations to support customer acquisition and retention, revenue, and profit growth.
You are a strategic thinker, supporting the Company's vision for sustainable growth, and have health, safety, environmental, and quality standards in the forefront. You are a trusted partner with management teams, shareholders, community groups, customers, and suppliers.
