About the Job
As the Human Resources Business Partner for our Grease Trap Services group, you will work hand in hand with business leaders to provide business analysis and be the point of contact for employee and labour relations advice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a multi-tasking environment, lives in the grey, and is skilled at supporting an hourly unionized and non-unionized workforce to ensure a harmonious and supportive work environment.
As a member of the HRBP Team, you will report directly to the Divisional Human Resources Manager, with a dotted line to the Director of Resource Recovery and Operations. You will be based at our office in Woodbridge, supporting operations locally and nationwide. Up to two days working remotely is available, as well as travel to local Walker sites as required.
