BIOVECTRA Inc. is a leading bio-science business in Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia, focused on contract manufacturing and product development of active pharmaceutical ingredients, pharmaceutical intermediates, and bioreagents.

BIOVECTRA has an opening for a MST Process Engineering Student. This is a 4 Month Term, full-time position located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.



The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation of turn-over packages, commissioning packages and qualification protocols for equipment and systems.
  • Assisting in the execution of commissioning and qualification packages.
  • Updating As-built drawings in AutoCAD while following change control procedures.
  • Creating PDFs of drawings and updating Drawing spreadsheet.
  • Assisting in organizing maintenance spare parts, supplies and tools.
  • Participating in various aspects of new equipment and system design projects.


The successful candidate for this position should have:

  • Completed a minimum of 2 years in an engineering program, preferably enrolled in chemical or mechanical engineering.
  • Be competent in AutoCAD.
  • Good administrative and computer skills.
