Your Role
You as Transportation Specialist will ensure highest quality customer service understanding customer needs and adhering to the clients, Health Canada, and GMP requirements and guidelines. You will also Track shipments and update status in databases, providing real-time visibility and ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Your Responsibilities
Ensure to be compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for drugs and health products
Manage shipment routing and shipping options (Mode & Transit)
You will coordinate and monitor the Carrier
Ensure all deliveries take place within the transit requirements, where required provide POD's
Conduct Investigations and root cause analysis in regards to shipment discrepancies
Coordinate between the client and carrier to secure and execute returns
Report/ document all deviations and be compliant with the guidelines
Maintenance of working instructions (WI's) and standard operating procedures (SOP's) for account processes
Ensure data integrity into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and SharePoint
Accurate and timely processing of client billing and carrier payment
Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met by data collection and analysis
Make sure that all GXP requirements are fulfilled by our subcontractors

Your Skills and Experiences
Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related preferred
3+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing distribution center environment is preferred
2+ years of experience in a similar role from Transportation Business Unit
Fluency in English and French is required
Knowledge of various production and quality systems (GxP, GMP, ISO standards) will be an asset
Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
