Tasks
Promote workplace prevention and develop a culture of health and safety.
Advise, guide, and support managers in prevention and awareness efforts.
Contribute to the implementation, execution, and updating of the prevention plan as well as health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct workplace accident investigations in collaboration with the Health and Safety Specialist (HSS).
Lead information, awareness, and training activities on prevention.
Organize and facilitate training sessions for the onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate and lead the division's health and safety committee, ensuring its effective functioning and progress.
Conduct workplace inspections and ensure follow-up on corrective measures.
Coordinate the training of workplace first responders and first aid training.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of the LSST and LATMP regulations.
Bilingualism with advanced proficiency in English (approximately 50% of the time) to communicate with clients.
