Tasks
Monitor tasks and create and complete reports.
Supervise and engage the team daily.

Ensure the development of the production team's skills.

Ensure adherence to quality standards.
Be responsible for product quality.
Ensure company rules, policies, and procedures are followed.
Track performance indicators and conduct process audits.

Job requirements
A diploma in a discipline related to operations management or equivalent and relevant experience in personnel management.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing service company.
Ability to read plans and technical drawings.
Proficiency with various software such as MS Office Suite, Windows, Excel, and an ERP system.
Knowledge of production and improvement tools such as MRP, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean is an asset.
Relevant experience in PCB electronic assembly (an asset).
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (an asset).
